By accessing and using Railyard ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Usage

Railyard connects game studios with playtesters. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Confidentiality & NDAs

Playtesters may be required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before accessing certain games. You agree to strictly adhere to all confidentiality obligations and acknowledge that unauthorized sharing of game content may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including games, feedback, and platform design, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their feedback, but grant studios a license to use it for game development purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or breach confidentiality agreements.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of games provided by studios or for any issues arising from playtesting activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Quest Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
