Please review these guidelines before submitting your studio or game for approval.
Overview
All studios and games on Railyard are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure they meet our community standards. This process typically takes 72 hours or less.
Our goal is to maintain a high-quality platform while supporting creators. If your submission needs changes, we'll provide clear feedback so you can resubmit.
🏢 Studio Guidelines
Required Information
- Studio Name: Must be unique and not impersonate existing studios
- Logo: Clear, professional logo (minimum 400x400px recommended)
- Description: Brief overview of your studio and what you create
- Location: City and country where your studio operates
What We Look For
- Legitimate game development studio or individual developer
- Professional presentation and accurate information
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- No offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
Common Rejection Reasons
- Incomplete or placeholder information
- Low-quality or missing logo
- Impersonation of established studios
- Offensive or inappropriate content
- Spam or duplicate submissions
🎮 Game Guidelines
Required Information
- Game Title: Clear, unique name for your game
- Cover Image: High-quality cover art (minimum 1920x1080px recommended)
- Description: Detailed description of gameplay, features, and story
- Genres: Accurate genre classification
- Platforms: Supported platforms (PC, console, mobile, etc.)
Content Standards
- Games must be original or properly licensed
- Mature content must be clearly labeled
- No illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
- Screenshots and videos must represent actual gameplay
- Accurate representation of game features
Common Rejection Reasons
- Placeholder or AI-generated content without disclosure
- Misleading screenshots or descriptions
- Copyright infringement
- Inappropriate or offensive content
- Incomplete game information
📋 Review Process
1. Submission
You submit your studio or game for review. You'll receive an email confirmation.
2. Review (Within 72 Hours)
Our moderation team reviews your submission against our guidelines.
3. Decision
You'll receive an email with one of three outcomes:
- Approved: Your submission is live!
- Changes Requested: Minor changes needed - address feedback and resubmit
- Rejected: Submission doesn't meet guidelines - review feedback and submit a new request
4. Resubmission (If Needed)
Make the requested changes and submit again. There's no limit on resubmissions.
🚫 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Railyard:
- Illegal content or activities
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Explicit sexual content (without age verification)
- Violence or gore for shock value
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Pyramid schemes or scams
- Impersonation or identity theft

- Write clear, descriptive text without spelling errors
- Be honest about your game's current state and features
- Review your submission before sending - imagine seeing it for the first time
